Spiritual Workout of a Former Saint Book on CD (Group Kit)

This series features Coach Danny reading his book, Spiritual Working of a Former Saint (SWFS), on CD, highlighting 10 steps to get and stay in spiritual shape. This “Starter Team” pack is perfect for your Spiritual Workout Group. This pack includes 10 CD sets (5 CDs per set) so each member of your group can take their own set home between sessions.

Here’s how to use the CD with questions

  1. Download and use the discussion questions
  2. Print a hard copy of the questions
  3. Each member should listen to each chapter / step for the week prior to attending the workout
  4. The questions should be completed prior to the workout
  5. Bring the questions to the workout so that you can refer to your notes during the discussion portion of the workout

Format for the “Workout” Meeting

  1. Each SFWS Workout lasts only 1 hour
  2. Prayer and Praise with the group - 10 minutes
  3. If your group is large, break into smaller groups of 5-7 and share answers to the questions for the week; each group should have a facilitator - 50 minutes
  4. Come back together as a group for a closing prayer

Note: If your team is unable to finish the questions for a particular “step” during the workout time - carry the question sharing portion over to the following week. You should not rush through this series, and you do not have to complete it on a fixed time table. Move at a pace that your team is comfortable with.

Coach Danny’s Comment: Men, this Spiritual Fitness Workout that I have personally been practicing for over 25 years really got me back into spiritual shape and has continued to keep me in shape to this very day.
